Beeva is an online alcohol store based in Singapore offering a curated selection of wines, spirits, and more — all delivered to your doorstep.
Q2: Do you have a physical store?
No, Beeva is 100% online. This allows us to offer competitive prices and fast delivery directly to you. Our self-collection location is at 43 Keppel Road, #05-01 Singapore 099418.

2. Orders
Q1: Do I need to register before making a purchase?
Yes. Creating a Beeva account is required before placing an order. Registration allows us to securely process your orders, manage delivery details, and provide you with a smoother and more personalised shopping experience.
Q2: How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

No minimum order is required, but free delivery applies for orders above $150.00.
Q6: Why is there a fee for credit card payments?
Credit card transactions are processed through payment gateways such as Stripe, which charge a processing fee. To ensure fair pricing for all customers, a 5% processing fee is applied to credit card payments.
Q7: Can I avoid the credit card fee?
Yes. You can use alternative payment methods such as bank transfers and PayNow are accepted options that do not incur a processing fee.
Q8: Is the fee refundable?
No. The credit card processing fee is non-refundable.
3. Delivery
Q1: Where do you deliver?
Q2: How long does delivery take?
- Standard delivery: 1–2 business days, once order is confirmed.
- Expedite delivery: Currently not available
Q3: What are your delivery hours?
- Monday to Saturday: 12PM to 10PM
- Sunday & Public Holidays: No delivery (except during special campaigns)
Q4: Is there a delivery fee?
- Free delivery for orders over $150
- $5 flat rate for orders below $150

However, in situations where our courier is unable to access your building and not able to reach you, redelivery will be scheduled at an additional fee.
