Welcome to Beeva Wine & Spirits (“Beeva”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website www.beeva.com.sg (the “Site”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
1. Eligibility & Legal Age
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol in Singapore.
By placing an order, you represent that:
- You are legally permitted to purchase alcohol; and
- You are not purchasing alcohol on behalf of a person under 18.
Beeva reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any order where age verification fails or where intoxication is suspected.
2. Contract Formation & Local Sales
All orders constitute an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when Beeva issues an order confirmation email.
Beeva operates strictly within Singapore. We do not ship internationally.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities conducted under it.
Beeva may suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Singapore Dollars and inclusive of all duty and taxes unless otherwise stated.
A 5% non-refundable processing fee applies to credit card payments.
Beeva reserves the right to cancel orders arising from pricing or listing errors.
5. Product Information & Availability
Product descriptions and images are provided for reference only.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, Beeva may offer a substitute or refund the affected portion of the order.
6. Delivery & Risk Transfer
Delivery is available within Singapore only.
A recipient aged 18+ must be present and may be required to present valid identification.
If the customer authorises unattended delivery, all risk transfers upon drop-off.
Beeva is not liable for delays caused by couriers, incorrect details, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final except for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Refunds exclude delivery charges and payment processing fees.
Opened or partially consumed items are not returnable unless a verified defect exists.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Site unlawfully or fraudulently
- Resell alcohol without the appropriate liquor licence
- Interfere with Site security or operations
Violation of these terms may result in legal action.
9. Intellectual Property
All Site content is the property of Beeva and protected by Singapore intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Beeva’s liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product. Beeva shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Beeva Wine & Spirits and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
13. Changes to Terms
Beeva may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
