Description
A classic West Highland single malt, balanced with coastal character and layered complexity.
Nose: Warming and sweet: oily, waxy, and nutty, balanced by ripe orchard fruits, almondy fruit cake, Christmas pudding, malty cereal, aromatic orange, with traces of brine, smoke, menthol, and pine resin
Taste: Dense and coating, sweet with menthol-fresh spice; rich fruit-bread, hints of orange zest and clove, gradually drier with minty crisp green apple; water reveals classic Oban fruit, malt, and maritime notes balanced by drying spice
